Hello, I am so glad that you are here!
Here is a little bit about me...

Hadassah holds a Master of Creative Arts Therapy (Dance Movement Therapy) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Dance) from the Victorian College of the Arts (The University of Melbourne). She has always believed in the power of the body to be able to express that which words cannot, and throughout her life has found dance and movement to be her safe space.

Hadassah works with the notion that the mind and body are interconnected meaning a change in one will impact the other. She believes movement can be used to further the physical, psychological, emotional, social, spiritual and cultural wellbeing of individuals and communities, and hopes to journey alongside people as they discover and build the resources already within them to flourish. Her approach is strengths-based, trauma informed and person-centred.

Sessions with Hadassah often involve elements of movement, music, play, props, dance, creative processes, expression and the use of psychological and scientific theories to address specific needs of individuals and groups. There are always multiple ways of engaging to accommodate for any mobility or personal preferences.
